Can probably be had for cheaper, but then available sizes come into play. $101 isn’t bad. Rakuten is 14% right now for Nike too. I’d say that would seal the deal for me.

Even more annoying seeing everyone playing C.R.E.A.M. or Triumph in the background when posting the shoe it shouldn’t but it really annoys me. Everything doesn’t have to be for everybody. Be dudes who couldn’t name 3 songs from Wu-Tang buying pairs. Why?

These shoes are ment to give more exposure to the group, so I don't have a problem with someone copping these shoes then getting into their music.... I'm sure that's exactly what WTC wants and that is cool, it can introduce their music to a whole new generation of people.

I’m only speaking from the perspective of my younger brother and hella of my friends who are huge fans of wu-tang but didn’t hit on the shoe.

As a matter of fact, my younger brother had some of his “friends” enter on SNKRS for him. One of his friends hit and ended up keeping the shoe after he saw how hyped it was. That “friend” doesn’t listen to wu at all and I don’t understand the point. It’s just a generic Iowa dunk with 2 wu-tang logos on it

So it is interesting why kids who never heard of Jordan or Tony Hawk are still interested in Jordans or Sbs or whatever. What is their reason.

Are there people out there who dislike or hate MJ and wear Air Jordans?
Or people who hate skateboarding and like wearing Nike Sbs?

I still remember the first time hearing Wu. Dude across the hall used to play 36 Chambers 24/7 and I used to wonder what that grainy sounding **** was until I finally asked.

I even paid for Rae's terrible Immobilarity CD and everything from Shyhiem to Masta Killa.

So who's going to give me the Wu dunks for retail?

Some of these comparisons are off, because the Wu dunk is a Iowa high just with a Wu logo. Dudes just need to admit you're hypebeast.

The MF DOOM dunk isn't just another dunk with DOOM.

when it comes to shoes, if they look like *** I’ll skip them and if they look great I’ll grab them. How many people bought dinosaur jr dunks who actually listened to them? How many people wear sbs and don’t skate? Or dunks and didn’t play basketball in the 80s? How many people out here wearing Stan smiths that never saw him play? Why gatekeep when we csn all learn and be better informed about something.

You can purchase/wear whatever you want but it wouldn't hurt to at least do some research into the collaborating entities or what the item is referencing/celebrating. Not a requirement by any means but you could potentially be missing out on something great. Think it's a bit sad to not even give it chance

I highly recommend, Doom takes some time to get into, I love jazz music so its easy to listen to DOOM and anything Madlib does. I'm not huge real hip hop head, but I love lyrical rap and I love stuff like Future and Baby Keem. people can do whatever they like, if it sucks it sucks. some people like silkk the shocker idk how but? Lol
