If the SZN actually ended in June like any other normal year, he would have proceeded to play in the Olympics and still would have 2 months off lol it would always be an excuse

it took MJ dropping The Last Dance doc to remind and educate folks how great he truly was. i remember reading nba players/media timeline and they were in awe of MJ's accomplishment and labeling him the GOAT. either they forgot or were too young to witness him play. hell, terry rozier didn't even know MJ 3peated twice
