2019-20 NFL thread: Thread's dead. Move into spacedoodoo's

Cowboys really disrespecting Zeke. Rayne looked like **** when Zeke was suspended. Struggled to get points and was turning it over like crazy.

Amar’e Brick Hands Cooper getting paid before Zeke is crazy. MAGA Jerry prob doesn’t like Zeke’s curly Afro.

Yo, fam really rocked his concords like that?:lol:

*****es laced so tight they sewn onto his foot.

Also,

Am I the only one who feels like Saints offense takes a drop off this year? Might be wrong about it, but I feel this the year.

Unmmmmmm for the futbol fans and especially the Real Madrid fans.. how or why they getting the crap beat out of them right now?

Rookie deals are 5 years, plus the possibility of 2 franchise tags??? That’s 7 years of handcuffing.

I’d you’re a rookie first rounder at 22 years old, it’s possible to not get a long term deal until you’re 29 years old???

The NFLPA needs to fix that ASAP. Owners finessed was them, with that franchise tag scenario :lol

Yup and it seems the way to building a championship window (aside from @DeadsetAce Pats) is to have a QB on a rookie deal during that time with a Guru Offensive minded HC guiding him

The Eagles and Rams were able to build that roster up in large part to Goff and Wentz being on rookie deals. Wentz got paid now so we’ll see how it effects them in the seasons to come, but they still got their 1 chip in a window WITHOUT him playing that postseason. Ultimate comeup tbh.

The Only reason the Bears were able to get Khalil Mack was the financial flexibility of having Mitch on a rookie deal. They had money in last years off season to spend on talent on both sides of the ball + great drafts by Pace It allowed them to spend draft capital and $$$$ on Mack because they don’t have to pay the QB yet.

Chiefs / Bears / Browns / Ravens (to an extent) Rams / Cowboys are all in win now mode cause of their QB situation.

Once Goff signs, well start seeing that it’s hard for the Rams to keep good talent.

We’re seeing it with Dallas now Daks up and there’s Amari / Zeke who need deals and not to mention defensive guys will need to get paid next year.

I heard today that inside the Bears organization they are hoping Mitch has a real good year this year so they can offer him a “team friendly deal” but still pay him in the coming off season, like 2 years prior to his deal being up just in a way to kind of sign him earlier for cheaper than what it could be down the road so they can keep as much talent on the team as possible in other spots.

Eddie Jackson / Cody Whitehair are due for contracts this offseason coming up. These teams have to take advantage of it now

It’s wild.

Meanwhile in the NBA you get in 2-3 years earlier and ain’t non of that tagging nonsense. Plus your career is gonna be longer.

Ben Simmons just got the BAG and man is like 22
