Skins are a mess right now. Someone (non-verified) said they guessed that Scot showed up at RP hammered. This has to be the only logical explanation for why he still hasn't been fired and the org has for the most part been silent regarding his status....skins could have set up some stipulations about rehab or somethign along those lines.
