SMU has literally not one high-level athlete on either side of the ball... It's sad. Just completely talent deficient.

It's sad because SMU was actually decent a couple years ago, June Jones was on to something I guess. But looking at their schedule, they could easily lose 4 of their next 5 games

They're dropping off money bags too and the talent pool in Texas is good, but no one wants to go there.

Miami's problem with recruiting now is most Football stars now days are premadonnas and divas, not your used to be typical "thugs" so nobody wants to go to that Uni.
They want the schools with the Pretty Uniforms and the best facilities and that aren't about that ThugLife.

Weekend analysis:

Big House was cool this weekend, they play way better music than Neyland tho haha


Umich looked good but Devin Gardner is REALLY late on his reads sometimes...there were two specific throws that will be for sure pick sixes against any good team. Running game looked good but this was a cupcake game for sure. Deveon Smith is the truth and Derrick Green looked good once he got his feet under him. I love the blitzing and how the corners play up this year! excited for this ND game next week!

Vols...well they are my squad and everyone in Knoxville is pumped but I saw some major liabilities on that field yesterday. Things I didn't like:

Worley ( or no other qb we have) can throw a solid deep ball
Justin Coleman is STILL our biggest liability, he's almost as bad as Marsalis Teague was
Brian Randolph's range shall be exposed
Utah State got through our interior O-Line too easy for my liking
Love AJ Johnson to death but his lateral speed is not good. great leader tho
the "3rd down for what" TERRIBLE

Things I did like:
PIG HOWARD
Von Pearson looked good
Looks like we can actually field punts this year g
Neyland was LOUD
Cam Sutton is really good!
Team camaraderie is the best Ive ever seen since 09

My fellow Vol fans were calling me a debbie downer yesterday, but they don't understand the schedule we have to play! its not gonna be pretty. Oklahoma and UGAy are gonna kill us. Gurley might give us 2fiddy People have quickly forgot that the 2012 beat NC State convincingly then went 5-7



The biggest difference between Michigan and Tennessee fans is that Umich fans will give other schools credit...Tennessee fans hate admitting when we are not that good haha. As a vol fan I'm just being cautious so maybe I won't be drinking the pain away every saturday haha I gotta survive grad school! If we win six games Im ecstatic!
