1. Bama
2. Oregon
3. FSU
4. Miss State
5. TCU
6. Buckeyes
7. Baylor
8. Ole Miss

Can't really complain

They gone have a hard time not having 2 SEC teams in. TCU and the Buckeyes better be rooting for Arkansas and the SEC East champ otherwise think they'll both be left out.

Not really Bama, Miss St, and UGA all have a great chance of losing again

@ZachAbolverdi: I expect #UF juniors Dante Fowler Jr., Jon Bullard, Antonio Morrison and Matt Jones to leave early for the NFL. #Gators

SLIGHTLY INSIDER STUFF. A source inside the department relates that Hackett was explicitly brought in as a short term guy and there is no inside track to the permanent spot for him even if he decides he wants the job. FWIW, this person thinks that Hackett doesn't intend on pursuing the job long term.

Also, the search committee is on the verge of being formed. As in: it has not been formed yet, some weeks after Brandon was axed. They'll act as the primary point of contact with the search firm that does these things; still, any and all comments from Schlissel about taking a long time and getting the hire right should be taken seriously. Hackett's going to do the firing and almost certainly the hiring.

This is not likely to dissuade Harbaugh, who has a ton of reasons to want to come back to Ann Arbor and an unshakeable faith in his ability to kick ***. That makes the AD virtually irrelevant to him. Relevant to us, of course. To Harbaugh he's just the guy who clears out the underbrush so he can coach.

"Did Jeff Long really just say Bama controlled the game and won decisively AND Miss St lost a close game that they were never out of?"

:lol please tell me this is true

Matt Jones has at least one kid guess he needs money, more carries for Taylor and Powell, shouldve been Dalvin too :{

Bullard and Fowler will be tough to replace. Secondary will be killer, hopefully Quincy Wilson keeps progressing and Poole doesnt play nickel next year.

Shutcho punk *** up before real bullets get put to ya

mizzou has to lose to either Tennessee or Arkansas for UGA to even make it.

Like where the Buckeyes are ranked. Makes sense

Josh Shaw's officially back on the team.
Statement from USC Athletic Director Pat Haden:

"For several months, local authorities have been investigating the August 23 incident involving Josh Shaw. They have now concluded that investigation and determined that no action will be taken against him. USC also conducted its own internal investigation of Josh, evaluating both athletic department code of conduct and potential NCAA compliance issues. Based on these investigations and their conclusions, and the 10-game suspension Josh has served for code of conduct violations, we have made the decision to reinstate him. The role Josh will have in any remaining games is now in the hands of Coach Sarkisian."

Statement from USC Football Coach Steve Sarkisian:

"I've welcomed Josh Shaw back to the team. I'm now in the process of evaluating how Josh can contribute to the team's success."

That, plus he always said he was only going to be around post sanctions to get everything in order pretty much.
