Coaches dont owe you anything. Boo freaking hoo a guy is resting. If you wanna see a player, go to a game early in the season when rest isn't an issue. No one cares about you and what you paid when teams are resting players to try and win a championship.

Except in the grand scope of things, The NBA is an entertainment driven commodity. The Fans matter, and in fact how they feel about the NBA is almost at a premium.

There needs to be some type of middle ground though. It sets a bad precedent. A fan in Detroit only gets one chance to see the Thunder play during the season. They shouldn't be punished because they had the misfortune of NBA schedule having the Thunder make their lone appearance to Detroit late in the season.

If you're going to rest players, how hard is it to do it during home games instead? Players travel to road cities either once or twice a season while the home fans have multiple chances between October and April to see their guy play.

This is exactly why it's a huge offseason for the Wizards. Can't be wasting anymore of Wall's prime years. They better get themselves a real coach/GM/team and get over this hump of mediocrity.

Yes it's an issue. That 10% matters. I'd imagine that the average makes it out to maybe one game a year. Teams are members of the NBA, and again the NBA is an entertainment driven commodity. 

Winning a championship in this context, comes second to the fan. Like it or not, everything is driven by the fan in regards to the NBA.

nah, the teams dont owe the fans anything. if it's in their best interest to rest, so be it. you should know when purchasing the ticket a player may be injured, rest, etc.
