Russell already set himself up for failure when he went to Ohio State. Only two respectable Ohio State players in the league for the last 10-15 years.

Yeah I wasn't a fan. His play against the elite in College was very worrisome to me. Not so much so the production, but the way he played. Same now.Only dudes I remember questioning Russell was JRS, Crockett and shoeking (I think).
Hey I was pretty vocal too I started talking down on DLo in March.awwsome was the most vocal, I got into some debates with him cuz I thought he was being way too critical of RussellOnly dudes I remember questioning Russell was JRS, Crockett and shoeking (I think).

Dude is reminding me more and more of Jeremy Lamb. I hope he proves me wrong since I hate to see someone fail, but without a doubt I'll stand by my thesis that Mudiay is the better prospect and will be the better player.
This could very well be true.In regards to the Russell vs Okafor/Mudiay pick, also have to take into account team fit. Obviously you take the best player when you can, but Okafor and Mudiay weren't as good fits as Russell.
Are these gojng to be daily?NBA Top Performers in images - Oct. 29th
Don't forget the last Buckeye to be picked #2, Evan TurnerJim Jackson and Laurence funderburke
You're saying they couldn't have used a Center? They ended up having to go out and sign Roy garbage can Hibbert because they needed a starting Center...In regards to the Russell vs Okafor/Mudiay pick, also have to take into account team fit. In regards to defense. Oak/Randle is food defensively

Okafor wasn't the center they needed. I like the Hibbert move, underrated rim protector. In regards to the Russell vs Okafor/Mudiay pick, also have to take into account team fit. Obviously you take the best player when you can, but Okafor and Mudiay weren't as good fits as Russell.

Some Laker fans contend Oak would clog the lane for Randle offensively. IDKNot really. Everyone acknowledges Hibbert is good for that. The problem is that he's below average at every facet of the game except rim protection.
