Bosh is crazy if he doesn't take Houston's offer.

If I'm not mistaken, Parsons getting an offer puts Houston in a tight spot. They can't match before they sign Bosh, correct? If they match that will eat into their cap room whereas if Bosh signs first Houston can use his bird rights to sign him regardless of cap room.
