i don't see how this is the case at all

Phil noted several times that Melo should consider taking less if he's serious about winning. Their initial approach was that if he really wanted to win he should consider taking less to bolster that roster. Melo went touring....Phil came back with a max offer....check mate. Now the onus of winning will still be on Melo, but Phil's presence will immediately make it less of a burden....he can always turn around and say, they haven't provided me with enough talent.

i wouldnt even blame bron for leaving tbh if wade and bosh are really asking for the bread that was reported. Kinda seems like there comfortable with where theyre at with their rings and if they get back to the finals cool, if they don't  they don't.
