But, while I'm not "mad" about it, I do think his power play with the Nets was laughable considering he was on the verge of getting fired last season.

Jason's job was never in jeopardy. Management really liked him. Plus they already fired 2 coaches prior

Jason Kidd is acting like a diva and trying to have Phil Jackson and Poppovich like power without anything near their credentials.

I could see this blowing up in his face big time. Even if he gets milwaukee to the playoffs but doesn't do anything really good with them I could see him getting blackballed. That coaching fraternity talk is real. Look at how many coaches constantly get recycled in the league.

I could see how this whole thing would rub other coaches and gm's off the wrong way. It would still be bad business if a more talented coach with the credentials pulled it but at least they have a proven track record unlike kidd. If Milwaukee doesn't work for him, I don't see him being worth the hassle for other teams c

Kidd's working for one of his friends and longtime business partners now, he won't be blackballed or have his job in jeopardy for the next 5 years.

Wow the Lakers....... The third worst team in the league made the most money by such a large margin. Insanity.

I know the lakers sucked last year but how were they the 3rd worst team. Philly, Milwaukee, Utah, Boston, and Orlando all had worse records then they did.

Yall are really mad at Kidd?

Cats getting real emotional over this :{

Milwaukee Bucks owners Marc Lasry and Wes Edens have embarked on a search for a team president and have hired a new chief financial officer but wouldn’t identify the new CFO by name.

Lasry, at an appearance before the Milwaukee Press Club and Rotary Club of Milwaukee Monday morning, said he and Edens have begun interviewing for a president to run the entire Bucks organization.

Ron Walter, the Bucks long-time executive vice president, had been the top executive under Herb Kohl but left the team after Lasry and Edens bought the Bucks. Mike Burr, the team’s chief financial officer, also is leaving the organization.

“We’re trying to find someone who has had that job in the NBA or in baseball or football — somebody who’s got that experience,” Lasry said.

Lasry said he and Edens are in “no rush” to hire a team president.

“We want to find someone who meets what Wes and I want,” Lasry said. “Somebody who we believe is going to help build the franchise.”

Lasry also disclosed that the Bucks “just hired a CFO.”

He said he could not say who it is but that the Bucks will probably announce the identity of the new CFO “in the next couple days.”

The Bucks swept them, let Evan Turner do this to them

and were the first team to be out of playoff contention. Can we even count Philly in this? Thier intention was to be the worst team, that cant be compared to the Lakers who were trying for like 39% of the season.
