I just read an article and made me remember that Lou Williams got traded to the Raptors.
I think that is the most underrated transaction this offseason.
Lou Williams is instant offense of the bench, averaging 14 PPG in 25 mins, and a serviceable fill-in starter, at both guard positions.

I guess, but since some other East teams got better, I don't see it making a big difference for them in terms of where they wind up in the East. They're still behind Chicago, Cleveland and Washington. They'll be competing with Miami for the 4th seed, IMO.
