But please. for the first few weeks leading up to the season and like first 10 games of the regular season, PLEASE let us have some enjoyment.

We suck, I agree. Kobe is a corpse. Mitch is stupid. the contract kills us, Nash won't die, B scott is gonna be meh. Team tank, ALLL Of that and more.

I get it. I get it all

But please let us have some positive emotions in here for a few weeks

I won't need to worry about any of that, when everyone sees the first 13 games on the schedule, it will get real easy to see the bigger picture.

That's one of my first comments on Ska's projections the last two pages. Everyone will get along fine this year, because we'll see it early. Last year, 10-9 inspired some to hope. I don't think we'll see a 10-9 start this year. So it will clear things up easier.

I have no problem with people having hope and emotions. Long as they don't start saying stuff to people on my side of the equation. That's where the differences have been. It should be much better this year. We all know where we stand.

"Just" 32 is kind of an... odd statement.

Mitch is just being extra optimistic because it's the start of the season, but when he says stuff like "I think we're deep enough to be a good defensive team," "Nash looks good," "just 32," it's hard to take him seriously.

I don't agree w/ them, either, but let them be, because if there's any thread where they can try to rally the troops and believe we can make the playoffs and maybe even win a championship, as much as I disagree w/ what they're saying, this is the only thread they can post that sort of nonsense.

And yes, it's nonsense... but this is their thread, too. This isn't the "Lakers Fans Who Are Significantly Educated In Organizational Logistics" thread.
