Losing your 3rd best player and defensive anchor is always a huge blow.

Good point. Apples to Oranges though man. Not my fault Oklahoma got that oil money and can afford to move a team here, and sustain a profit. Must be luck. Them billionaires keep getting lucky.
WTFAU?
Oklahoma dude. I assumed you were talking about Oklahoma moving the Sonics(13th largest market) to Oklahoma (43rd largest market).

DId I assume wrong?

It's a huge blow, I'm not downplaying that at all. What I am saying though is, they can beat the Spurs with or without him. Russ and KD are what give those guys problems. Timmy might hit a double double quicker with Ibaka out but Adams will do what he can.

It's not really a huge blow against Miami either because, Miami was going to win with Thunder at full strength. I like the spontaneity of a completely refaced lineup against the Heat if anything

If Miami gets to the finals I just don't think the spurs will take them to 7 again. I mean is dany green really gonna shot like that again because he was a huge reason for two of those wins at home. Him and Gary Neil had game of there lives. Just don't see somebody doing that again.

game 7 Battier was something no one saw coming, if he didn't hit those 3's i wonder what would have happened

Green became a ghost after game 5 so who knows really

2-2-1-1-1 will be key this time around, Thunder would have went to a game 7 back in 2012 if it were 2-2-1-1-1 instead of 3 straight in miami

THIS!

also Lebron and KD were doing same of the same offensive moves KD was getting called for fouls and Bron wasnt.

if you're going to call a certain move a foul do it both ways not only one.

okc still has enough to beat the spurs. matchup problems with russ and kd. they gonna have to log heavy minutes. interesting to see how they produce late in gms and when series goes deep.

Okc might just pull a 2013 Louisville . They lost a key player to a leg injury and went on to win it all.

Maybe

i dont get why is everyone saying spurs got a free ticket for the finals with serges injury ?

spurs needed 7 games to pass dallas obstacle a dallas with zero rim protection , a tired and bad dirk , the worst defender in the league (calderon) and generally a mediocre team

lets see , spurs even without ibaba got perkins/adamas/collison to protect their rim ( still FAR better than blair, dalembert) , they have westbrook instead of calderon , durant instead of dirk and the rest of their team is kinda equal to dallas (reggie vs devin harris , butler vs carter , well sefalosha is not equal to monta defeintely lol he is more like a small marion ) and generally its a FAR better/talented team than dallas .

plus if brooks is a little smart he can use a starting 5 with durant at 4 butler at 3 sefalosha at 2 westbrook at 1 or switch butler with sefalosha and put reggie at 2 , OKC is far from done

You're not accounting for the fact that now parker and ginobli will get to the rim at will, along with the rest of the team

Nice!

Ginobli will get his regardless. If anything the GSW/Clippers series tells you alot. No bogut, clippers win! If bogut played in that series GSW wins it in maybe 5 but 6 for sure. Its gonna be a big impact.

Well, I guess we will see on Monday.

Atleast I've got some good fights with Alvarado/Juan Manuel Boxing and Rapmage/King Mo Bellator fight to keep me busy tomorrow evening since there is no National Basketball Association games.

I don't get it your complaining about how the media stops and only talks about lebron. Yet you go on to say you hope he gets knocked out so the reporters have work for years. Do you secretly like listing about lebron on TV? I think you do.

I still think that OKC can beat the Spurs.  I'm just not sure they can beat Miami without Ibaka.

@ you thinking bogut is actually that valuable, david lee would still be bbq chicken to blake either way you put it
Bogut is that important man where was the rim protection without him

Okc ain't beating Miami without ibaka, might as well let SA sweep and rest for the greater good

U can say that about anything. Tho... If bogut played gsw would've won, if d rose played the bulls would be in the ECF, if pg wouldn't have got a Jo pregnant he would be in MVP mode etc

Shows how much basketball you actually watch.

Blake disappears each and every time he has faced bogut. You think Jordan would have dominated the way he did with bogut in the series?
