Its not that Westbrook should take less shots...

But he shoots the ball 5 seconds into the shot clock without making 1 pass 

After theyve just came of 45 seconds of defense, thus putting them right back on defense for  another 45 seconds 

That gets tiring

Even if he makes it, not exhausting the shot clock option or moving the ball, the other team stays fresh, 

This can kill you in close games like last night when Thunder took the lead, and on 3 straight possesions, Westbrook shoots without 1 pass 

 Thunder remain gassed even though he made some of those shots, you want 2 pts but sometimes you want 2 pts in 24 seconds, not 2.4 seconds
