rudy got paid like a leader, but he wasnt really one. the vocal guys were tony allen/zbo and even a guy like gasol had more influence than gay.

Gasol had influence, but he wasn't really a leader at all. If he was unhappy about something, players did tend to respond though. The team that lost to the Clippers in 7 games was pretty much split into 3 ways.

Gay, Arthur, Pondexter, Speights, Haddadi, Pargo were all cool

Again, that's like saying when you swing your elbows out in front of your body in the triple threat position, it's a dangerous play too right?

You aren't charging towards someone in the triple threat position.  If they get hit by your elbow it's because they put themselves in that position, not because you ran and jumped at them swinging your elbow into their face.

How am I not "being real"?  You swing your elbow in front of your body in a way that it cuts through the face/head of the person defending you, that is a particularly dangerous play.

What would your reaction be if someone did that to you in a pickup game?
