He was complaing but what I don't understand is how when scola slapped him across the face not even making an attempt at the ball it wasn't a flagrant. But lebron elbowed hibbert making a basketball play trying to adjust his shot and they call it a flagrent. NBA needs to go over there rules to these refs again a flagrant is suppose to be a foul with no intent to make a basketball play is it not? Please correct me if Im wrong

"Ouch they play to rough man, I told Dwayne if lance look at u one more time tell on him, were not here for that, we're genre to win. U can't intentionally wrap us up and not expect us to slide 4 feet to sell a non existing flagrant".
Anyone have links to the post games? I wanna hear what was said.
Any gifs of that Wade and Stephenson exchange? Lol

No, a flagrant applies to a play that puts safety and heath at risk.  See: LeBron's elbow.

Rulebook refers to "unnecessary and excessive contact."

Also, the rulebook says a player MUST BE EJECTED for an elbow foul above shoulder level, so LeBron skated on that one.

Josh Gordon just confirmed Kyrie and Dion Waiters hate each other
laugh.gif
:lol :lol Where?

Skip gave him the bait on first take and he fell for it. Gordon basically said that they don't get along because they both have a alpha male persona and neither one of them want to budge which has resulted into locker room rifts and such. Skip asked do u feel like them going separate ways would be ideal and Gordon was like I'm no gm but that would probably be the best option :lol Gordon and Waiters are close they actually live in the same apartment complex I can imagine the **** Dion talks to him about Kyrie

100% agree he elbowed him changing the shot and soft *** roy acted as if he was shot. Wasn't flagrant to me but hey who am I

So being slapped across the face dosent put safety at risk? I don't believe either should have been flagrants but if your not gonna call one a flagrant you can't call the other one.

EXCEPTION: Rule 12A--Section V--l(5)
l. A player, coach or trainer must be ejected for:
(1) A punching foul
(2) A fighting foul
(3) An elbow foul which makes contact above shoulder level

q. Elbow fouls, which make contact above shoulder level, and punching fouls, although recorded as both personal and team fouls, are unsportsmanlike acts. The player will be ejected immediately.

I watched it and noticed he had no hesitation in his answers. Hook line and sinker. He also basically said he hopes it works but waiters being traded wouldn't hurt either ones feelings.

I've stated numerous times that roy is soft and u would've thought he got shot. But he also n isn't the face of the nba and idk I don't watch the pacers much but from my knowledge he doesn't do it every game, idk he might but I know who does. Dude got wrapped up and slid 4 feet to try and get a flagrant tho I mean cmon man

Kyrie and Waiters were a nightmare pairing from the beginning. You'd think the front office would have taken into consideration that dudes with major egos would clash...especially ones that have to share a backcourt.

Wall/Beal works because they're contrasting players. One pushes...one spots up. They're not trying to outscore each other.

I think dion can be serviceable with a 2nd unit on a different team, one with decent organization and I'm pretty sure he doesn't wanna live in cleveland

You need a new role model

Calm down, I was kidding man. I expect you to have that POV because you didn't really see MJ, play. I'm older and see it differently is all. I r

people get hit with elbows all the team. Like when i player blows by the player defending and they throw there arn back and hit them in the face. Those dont get called flagrants and do not get ejected I think that rule is for when you purposly throw an elbow like metta did.

So the rulebook is actually fairly clear that LeBron should have been automatically ejected after that elbow foul.

Interesting.

That's not enumerated in detail in the rulebook...  I guess they just use their discretion to randomly use the rules they want, as NBA refs always do.

This thread is comedy as expected. Captains and haters out in full force.

How can you NOT see the whining. LeBron is my man but every time he plays a physical game he starts crying. NBA has spoiled this genration as a whole, they think any type of physicality is dirty.
you sir our on the right track

I acknowledged u agreeing many post ago but your caping for lebron prevented u from seeing that. The first thing u did after agreeing was throw shots a guys that probably call every foul when they play or whatever lame *** joke u threw out in lebrons defense. But whatever u got it

Yea I know.
