i respect your list but IMO Durant still has most of them beat. in terms of advance moves and the way he uses his handle to get off his shot or get to the rim, i don't know about that. John Wall and Rajon have handles but their handles are super basic and they use their speed advantage more than the handles. To be honest with you, I haven't watched Kemba since his UCONN days since he plays on the Bobcats :x . I will give you Kyrie and maybe Dwill since he can get nasty with the handles when he wants to but I don't think he does it on a consistent basis like KD.

Just stop. KD's height and length is what lets him get off his shot or get to the rim, not his handle.

KD's crossover is so hyped

Every time I watch a crossover video they show him way too much

i don't follow.

You're watching crossover videos....and they feature KD?
or are you saying they show too many videos of KD crossing over?

either way, you're off base. His handles havent really ever been highlighted. This year alone, people have said his handles have vastly improved. Lebron went on record saying he knew his handles were already nice, but that we just havent seen it much (obviously, b/c Westbrook dominates the ball/penetration a lot)

but overhyped? that's bout as much of a reach as saying he has top 5 handles in the entire league. No he doesnt have that, but he's A1 as far as SF's and top scorers go.

i wish i had hit that half court shot in miami or okc so i can get tackled and whisper lawsuit ************ in their ears :o

Said ol boy is now recovering from surgery :lol  damn shaq :{

prbly Shaq being shaq & messed around & hurt one of the crew....im sure he will take care of da bills

dudes 7'1 350 messing around with "regular" folks. one thing if he was tackling chuck, but a normal dude, what you expect gonna happen.

oh i know that im just saying hes a goofy *** big dude who prbly went a lil too far

350 is probably being nice. Shaq's probably closer to 4 bills these days. That's a lot of weight to get tackled by.

so KD doesn't create any separation for his shot and just uses only his height to get off his shot? KD might use his length to finish at the rim but what do you think got him to the rim the first place? for people saying KD's ball handling is not elite in general, what makes it not elite? you guys aren't providing any explanations to your claims

elite means his handles are top 5ish in the entire league. Meaning he handles better than most of the point guards. I think somebody just listed 5 point guards earlier in the thread that have better handles. There are role player point guards that can handle better than him. It's no knock, just saying that the claim of "elite handles" is a huge claim. If you were to give his handle a rating, it would still be high, but not elite (top 5ish in the entire league)

but in the same light, KD creates a ton of separation off handles, because he does have elite handles for a scorer/top player in the league. Just not elite across the entire nba.

Your claim doesn't make sense. If you think KD has top 5 handles name the other 4 you think are better. His size and length attribute to his handle not to mention the guys guarding him aren't the best steals guys in the league. To say he has top 5 handles means he's in Walls and Irvings class.

Good for him. Hopes he keeps it going. Has he been playing the 1 or 2 during this stretch?

Kd has that ball on a string and catches more bodies than most pgs nightly. When your 7 feet and can do what guards do best better than most guards, hes élite. What is it with u guys and your little lists

list the 5 PGs in the east with undoubtedly better handles and 20 people with better handles.
Rajon, Kemba, John Wall, Kyrie, Dwill. With others in mind.

Thank you for listing Kemba :hat

KD's handle is elite for his size.. Not in general

This. His handle is nice don't get me wrong, but he shakes people with his simple crossover because he's legit 7 foot tall. The ball in his extended arm is so far to his left or right that you have to cheat so he doesn't go that way, but if he crosses over he comes so far too the opposite side that he leaves you in the dust :lol

Who cares?  Bolded is exactly why his crossover is better.  You guys will make any excuses for the midgets of the NBA.

thank you. you guys are acting like he has Centers guarding him on a regular basis. he is crossing up the opponents best defender on a nightly basis.

I always rocked wit Reke. Glad to see him putting it together.

Was he at the 1 ?

While y'all arguing circles about handles, don't leave Tyreke out.
