he will be fine

no idea if he will be back at the superstar level he was at but he will def still be a good player
And we know this how?

Because history says that having major injuries like Rose has had proves otherwise...

But I forgot you were the same dude claiming Gilbert Arenas could still be productive like last year

Gil could be productive but he was just in bad situations.

i highly doubt Rose's career is over. thats all im saying.

The Bulls are still competitive without Rose

Just lacking offensive firepower

im pretty sure melo helps them get over 85 pts a night and for the bulls, they got a really good chance of winning. grind it out defense and a closer to score, that shoud be a very competitive team in the east.

Melo would be an absolute idiot to stay in that mess of a situation in NY. It has been proven time and time again that Dolan will continue his stupidity

Chicago is just waiting to give Boozer the axe so they can pick up Melo. Melo would be wise to head to Chicago

Rose + Melo + Noah with Thibs coaching would be sick ...that is if Melo can stand to play some defense and dont mind playing with such a ball dominant pg

That might be the only reason why Melo wouldnt work on the Bulls, Rose is a shoot first, ball dominant pg. But with Rose always being hurt and may being a

step slow I am sure Rose would be happy to give the ball to Melo.

does anyone really think Melo is staying in NY? honestly?

if he does then i will NOT feel bad for him. he dug his grave then he will have to lay in it.

He can put up all the numbers he wants but NY is a dump and will remain one for a long time.
like Detroit?
someones mad

how did i know someone was gonna bring up the Pistons. While they do suck and unlike Knick fans, i can easily admit it. While we have talent, we have other issues stopping us.

Knicks have ZERO talent.
lies as usual. i don't think there's many knicks fans in our team thread who'll say the team, with the exception of one or two players, is any good

you got some agenda or something it seems. i always see you running your mouth (and shooting off lies) more about the knicks than your own team

Man, Melo has already shown he's about his money twice in his career.

He took the five year extension in 2006 with the Nuggets while LeBron, Wade and Bosh took the shorter extensions, then he took the three year extension when he got to the Knicks before the lockout.

at some point, he got to start adding to his patches

If I were melo and I wasn't staying in NY, I'd consider Phoenix.
yup.. they going have the cash.. and then those 4 draft picks..

and as was mentioned above, philly will have a ton of money.. and then 2 potentially top 10 draft picks.. plus noel coming back

That patch thing is dumb. Atleast make a patch for all star appearances then he would have some more
i dont get why the all-star patch is the only one where you receive just the one patch and the number inside the patch increases based on the number of times you have made the team..

while with the other patches you receive a different patch for every time you accomplish that thing.. you win the rebounding title 4 times, you get 4 separate patches

I heard the Liggins rumor and figured no way a team gives him a look. Then again, guys in other spots have been (allegedly) involved in murders and things just as bad. I think they should have just found a way to keep James Ennis. They had him in their pipleline after getting him in a trade and playing in their summer league and wanted to D league stash him, but dude wasn't trying to make 30k so he went to Australia. He would give you the same things maybe even better, 6'8, athletic and long 3 and d guy potentially and being a 2nd rd pick you could even cheapskate him.
