Lebron is a FAR superior player than he was w/ the Cavs, but some of his antics (minus the dancing) remain the same.

If you're a Cavs fan, I don't know how you can see it otherwise.

I don't understand what you're saying dude.

4 years ago he wasn't even close to the all around player he is now. That's known though...unless that's what you're trying to imply 8o

Lets be real here, most of yall hate Lebron cause its the thing to do and because he didn't go to the team that y'all wanted him to go to in 2010.

 the thing to do

as far as the decision, well that was 3 yrs ago if ppl still hate him for that they are closeting their true feelings

i don't think that's necessarily true from what i see here or hear from people i know

it's ok to not like certain sports figures. not every one has to fall in line just cause
Not saying that, but atleast recognize that the talent is there. Give respect to where its due.

Lebron falling off? Either you guys really drinking the kool-aid or seeing something I'm not. I think maybe he has plateaued, but no way is he falling off.

outside of the few guys who only post here when the heat lose everyone here respects lebrons talent and gives him a lot of credit for his teams success

I'm talking in general. From my personal experience, I see people say he isn't really that great because he doesn't dunk on people his size or bigger than him or post up or shoot. Then when he does these things, they find some next excuse.

who in here said falling off? 8o

i said exiting his prime as in we've seen his best

I think this is his prime and he's entered into it last year. It will be a good 3-4 years before we start to see any sort of decline. With that being said, it's shame that he's not the "killer" we've all wanted or expected him to be during his prime. Maybe he will develop into it, because he has some time left.

I hate to bring this comparison up, but Lebron has inherently received the "burden" of this comparison and will continue to do so for the rest of his career:

As great of an all-around player Lebron is, he is in no shape or form the "killer" MJ or Kobe was. During big game you will not expect him to drop 40 points and absolutely demolish a team or let alone have the ball during the end of games and know he's going for the throat. LeBron is a facilitator and most defenders know that there is a great chance that he'll give up the ball at the end of games. I can honestly remember 1 or 2 games where he did this. The Pistons game during the conference finals comes to mind.

Grant Hill said it best last night on Inside the NBA. When mentioned when guarding Lebron, the best he could hope for was to keep him in his "facilitator mode". You knew you had a chance if he stayed there and most games he will stay there. The man can be dominate and is a hell of a player, but he won't scare the **** out of you and know it's over before it even begins. Guys and Kobe and MJ did that.

lebron is incredible. watching him play is insanely frustrating as someone who hates the fake *** miami heat. he can do any and everything on the court. i just hope he leaves miami so i can appreciate his talent again.

whether it is scoring or going into 'facilitator mode', 95% of the time, the man makes the right play even if it means he has to pass it to haslem for a midrange shot
