I was referring to back in the day when those 2 guys said that the only reason Larry Bird got recognition was because he was white. They said if he was black, he'd just be another decent player. Kind of the opposite of what you said about Hayward.

They definitely could if everyone stays healthy. Doesn't matter though, everyone in the West will continue to stack up Ws during the regular season. I see the Spurs making the Finals again.

i'm always underrating the Spurs....lol just two years ago i wanted Tim Duncan too retire because I thought his legacy would be tarnished if the Spurs didn't win more than 50 games.

Orlando Dwight was a 3-time DPOY. Deandre Jordan couldn't guard a chair on the post, he would probably make Mbenga lookin like Mchale if they play against each other.

I'll still hold this as the best Finals I'VE EVER SEEN but there is no convincing me Miami was the better team. We could replay that series over so many times and get different results 
OKC, Clips, GSW, & Hou I think those teams will be up and down trying to find some good chemistry all together plus injuries play a huge role in seating. I believe Clips NEED the overall 1 seed in the NBA to go far for a confidence boost.
As of right now I trust Spurs and Memphis to have so far the top 2 records(maybe up to Xmas-Jan.) because they didn't too much to their team like the others. Maybe there is some issues with the coaching in Memphis but I don't think the new guy is going to go away from what has gotten them winning records the last few years.
