The Jimmy Clausen buzz is beginning to die down as we approach the start of the second round, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
As recently as this morning, the buzz had teams vying to trade up with the Rams at No. 33 to select Clausen. Mort now believes St. Louis may have to stay where they are and select Illnois WR Arrelious Benn.
O-Line is much deeper in this draft than MLB.Originally Posted by DoubleJs07

thats what has gotten them into so much trouble the past few yrs. its about time they took a look at getting best talent available instead of drafting for need or to fit their system
If the o-line isn't addressed, that McClain pick doesn't make much sense. Especially if one of the three...Davis, Iupati, or Bulaga turn out to be solid pros in their rookie years. I'm not debating on whether or not McClain was the BPA right there at #8...all I'm saying is that there is a ton of money tied into the QB spot and it's doing none of them guys on that roster any good if there is no protection.

Arrelious Benn, WR, Illinois
The Marvin Harrison comparisons are legit, and Benn brings added physicality.

These living room shots that ESPN is showing right now are hilarious.
LeFevour has an adopted little brother or something, Blount got a white girl, and Campbell is sitting there in a beater to reinforce his workout warrior label.
