NEW YORK — Team and league sources remain convinced that the ******** will trade DT Albert HaynesworthFriday, most likely for a third-round pick to the Titans. Despitevarious denials from multiple teams about Haynesworth, the sources saidthe ******** are still shopping him and have had recent conversationswith the Lions, Titans and Vikings.

Detroit’s interest was quelled for good after drafting DT Ndamukong Suh No. 2 overall, but the Vikings (with fears about DT Pat Williams’age and future) and the Titans, where Haynesworth spent his entirecareer prior to 2009, are still viewed as potential landing spotswithin the ******** organization.

The ******** have been hopeful of getting more than a third-roundpick for Haynesworth, but that has proven difficult, if not impossible. The Titans do not have a second round pick, though the Vikings have two.

Haynesworth would be ecstatic about a return to Tennessee, accordingto league sources, and would be willing to alter his contract tofacilitate a deal. He is not interested in playing the nose tackle in a3-4 scheme, and that problem is not going to resolve itself.

The ******** have accrued several veteran 3-4 linemen in recentweeks and are eager to accumulate a pick Friday, as they don’t pickagain until the fourth-round on Saturday. Haynesworth is seen as theironly real trading chip as a deal for QB Jason Campbell is not likely until after teams finish drafting quarterbacks this weekend.

Several executives from other teams do not anticipate the *******sgetting more than the 77th overall pick for Haynesworth, and alsoexpect him to be traded Friday.

The Jimmy Clausen buzz is beginning to die down as we approach the start of the second round, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

As recently as this morning, the buzz had teams vying to trade up with the Rams at No. 33 to select Clausen. Mort now believes St. Louis may have to stay where they are and select Illnois WR Arrelious Benn.

Once again, told that ******** DT Albert Haynesworth is not being traded
At least one team took Cowboys WR Dez Bryant off its draft board due to an irregular heartbeat. Other teams aware of issue

thats what has gotten them into so much trouble the past few yrs. its about time they took a look at getting best talent available instead of drafting for need or to fit their system

If the o-line isn't addressed, that McClain pick doesn't make much sense.  Especially if one of the three...Davis, Iupati, or Bulaga turn out to be solid pros in their rookie years.  I'm not debating on whether or not McClain was the BPA right there at #8...all I'm saying is that there is a ton of money tied into the QB spot and it's doing none of them guys on that roster any good if there is no protection.
O-Line is much deeper in this draft than MLB.

Arrelious Benn, WR, Illinois
The Marvin Harrison comparisons are legit, and Benn brings added physicality.

Please tell me someone caught this? What?

These living room shots that ESPN is showing right now are hilarious.

LeFevour has an adopted little brother or something, Blount got a white girl, and Campbell is sitting there in a beater to reinforce his workout warrior label.

...and I'm pretty sure Regis was camped out in a titty bar somewhere.
