Shaq needs to stop talking about this. He makes a terrible CEO comparison in this video. I would hate to work for a company Shaq works for. He would just walk around saying "You need to step it up, your counterpart down the street is killing you right now". He doesn't even offer help, he just craps on you and tells you to get better
