I'll agree he's not proficient with his right as he should be but to say he has a poor or horrible first touch is incorrect.

"We are a tougher team than England," he said in the Daily Express. "The problem for teams like England is that everything is so easy for them. They join these academies at maybe 10 or 11 years old and everything is done for them.
"I used to wash cars for such little money just so I had enough money to buy my football boots. When you are at academies like Manchester United and Arsenal then everything is just given to you.
"If I had failed I would be working 15-hour days on construction sites and still not be earning enough to live. Football saved me, and I don't think any England players could say that.".
I think much of Bale's criticism is due to the price Real Madrid paid for him. IMO if he doesn't cost so much, the fans wouldn't be booing him like this, but when your the highest paid transfer, they fans might be expecting more from him.
I don't think anyone is saying Bale has a poor/horrible first touch (on an absolute basis), but it is relatively poor compared to Ronaldo/Isco/James's. I'm inclined to agree with Coupe; I've seen him break up the flow of the attack multiple times this season with his subpar dribbling or first touch in the wrong direction. I see a player like Sterling in that right wing role being a much better fit for Real's offense than Bale
Bale is having a solid campaign so far with a total of 14 goals
Bale is an EPL player thru and thru, it's his nature, it's what his game is about. He needs to run. I agree with Fly tho, I think Bale will be extremely useful in the champions league against teams like Bayern or Chelsea - but Madrid need more than just that. Bale back to the EPL
Bale isn't going anywhere. Real are going to take a great financial loss and Bale is going to want to prove himself.
Is there anything else, aside from the cigarette/hookah, that makes you say he's a dbag? Kid taking opportunities for granted, sure, but dbag seems kind of harsh for a young guy just wanting to have some fun. When I think of a dbag, I think of an outspoken Princeton type that summers in the Hamptons and thinks everyone else is beneath him and acts accordinglyWilshire is such a dbag... He's the embodiment of everything that's wrong with English footy (the cultural aspect of it).
I think it's kind of ironic that Alexis is on his team because of the comments Alexis made prior to the WC because it speaks directly to Wilshire & English players like him.
I just chortled out loudhe looks like A Clydesdale

Khedira's contract will be up, and they tried shipping Illara in the past window. There will be room for Pogba. Chicha's move looks like it really is just a loan, so there will also be room for Reus. So if Real targets them, there'll be room. They should ship him to United and pick up Reus and PogbaBale isn't going anywhere. It starts from the top
What's with Arsenal and smoking players. Ozil in the summer and now Wilshere again
