That's gotta be annoying being out of the loop when it comes to strengthening the squad,Roman is like the footy Jerry Jones. Micromanaging his club often and having power struggles with your managers/coaches. Can't be an easy environment for managers,no wonder dude has been on edge lately
The funny thing is the one of Roman's most trusted people in Michael Emenalo left back in November. He's currently working for Monaco. If Emenalo would leave at random after 10 years at Chelsea and having all sorts of power within the brand I can only imagine how someone like Conte feels because he can't beat out the board by himself.

I feel in a few years time, the club will be similar to Arsenal in how its run. Ignoring obvious transfer targets and underachieving for reasons beyond us.

now things are starting to make sense where barca's endless bag is coming from
Neymar Owes Barcelona €100M Compensation over Broken Contract
so does this mean neymar is gonna leave if psg don't win the champions league?

Emenalo leaving was the best thing to happen in last 10yrs at Chelsea. Emenalo fans and every manager Chelsea has had has been asking for Emenalo to be sacked. He and the Maria chick were in charge of all transfers. Ever since Jose got fired the first time, Roman stopped buying the players the managers wants. When Jose asked for a new defender Emenalo got Baba. When Jose wanted Costa he got Cuadrado who Jose hates. This made no sense since managers like Jose and Conte won't play players the don't like no matter how much the club spent to get them.

Yea it's gotta be frustrating being at the mercy of the board in the market but given everything,I still think Conte's done a good job tbf.

Can't really see you guys falling off like that cause when push comes to shove,Roman will still have the mettle to spend what it takes to get better and challenge for trophies unlike Kroenke and Arsenal. The club is too big to settle for mediocrity imo and it's not a glorified tax write off for Roman

bruh arsenal are getting ****ted on by everyone and it's great

It honestly doesn’t matter who Arsenal sign
If I was an Arsenal fan, even the thrill of big new signings would be gone now because they’ll just have whatever made them special or appealing trained out of them.

Honestly, if Arsenal signed Messi it wouldn’t matter. If the get Mikhi and Aubamayang it’ll be a boost for ten minutes until both players get sucked into Arsenal’s lackadaisical, sometimes motivated but usually not way of playing.

So apparently Troopz was staked out of a barbershop to say his goodbyes to Alexis :lol:
