If you realized Belgium switched their tactic up to pack the box and cross it in then you'll see why those stats are meaningless because they were just sending in balls trying to get lucky. Look how many times Hazard and KDB had to go back deep to switch the play, dribble and keep the ball so the others could just hoof it in the box again.
