Sorry just got out of the movies (Sicario 2)... It’s a big distinction. I’m not saying it’s coming home or referring to Spain as home as if I was born there or lived there. I even spoke to my Brit in law & the Lady Chelsea player & both think it’s bizarre that Americans are also chanting it’s coming home...I’m just confused as to how it’s any different than you supporting SpainKimchi Papi ? I’m assuming you want them to do well because it would do well for your players to bring that confidence back to club
Ppl be in here cheering on nations they have no real connection to other than having “best” kits at tournament.
We would be hard pressed to find a club/nation with 100% reasonable fans.. so let’s stop picking a flavor of the week to be “upset” about and move on

Been twice but it’s been yrs since my last visit. Don’t have that big of a desire to go again either. I’ve done more than enough traveling in my younger yrs & don’t care to do more unless my son wants to.

We dont even need Mahrez. Sterling, B. Silva and KDB all interchange in a right mid or right attacking role. If anything we need a backup for Sane.
The most important role we have desperately been needing for years is a CDM and we still have yet to address that. Fernandinho is declining and I dont think Jorginho is the answer either.
Oh well, I like Mahrez but we don't need him.

Sampaoli likes leaving key players out of the lineup so him as the USMNT gaffer is perfect. I can see it now, a full blown MLS team with our key guys that play abroad on the bench.

If a Barca had a better scouting & Pep Segura didn't oversee football operations, I'd be cool with selling Coutinho for that amount bcs you can completely remake the midfield like I'd want. You could almost double up at that position but alas Barca doesn't have that kind of scouting or football leadership.
Also, this notion that Barca has all this money to spend on salaries & transfer fees given it's financial stature is such a misnomer. Again too many uneducated fans. Ya'll need to do your googles & catch up. Barca doesn't have dough to spend like one would think. It's one of the many reasons why I hate bart & his board so much... @ haggling over Clement Lenglet's €35m release clause.
Glad to see Lucho get the reigns of La Roja. I think it's a great job for him. His main priority though is to make sure the kids from the u19, u20, & u21 teams are integrated into the all pre qatar qualifying friendlies, the qualifying cycle, & the post qualifying cycle friendlies. Spain has a lot of great young talent that needs to be moved along. At this point, none of the old guard should get any burn.

Just catching up on the weekend bantz in here.
The Brazil vs Belgium game was very entertaining for a neutral. Thought Brazil was gonna get that second goal...also thought they should have had a PK when Kompany took out Jesus.
They neymar diving thing is way over blown to me. Thought Suarez was a worst diver in this world cup then Neymar. A few "i got bumped so i go down holding my head/face" moves by suarez were super corny and trying to get other players red cards is full blown scumbaggery. Neymar was at least fouled on most of his theatrics.
Hope this Ronaldo saga ends soon. Would love if he ends up at Juve and Cavani goes as well. Build an Italian super team to win a CL.

very motivated coach that gives zero ****s who you are. messi wanted him out by january and this was before the treble.
enrique is going to work the hell out of this spain team and will do whatever he feels needs to be done. not sure how this translates to international football cause he only gets to see the players every so often.
he keeps a very strict regimen for his players. he's probably more in shape than most of them
