if they don't put the @, millenials won't know who the players are

that number isn't surprising... do any of the mls watchers in here watch any other games that doesn't include the team they support?
Yeah :( The problem is that there's not enough games broadcast on national TV. When you only get one game a week on FS1 or ESPN at 4:30 on a Saturday, you aren't going to see much gains in ratings.

Not to say every game needs to be, or even should be, put on TV. But when you have a preseason MLB game prioritized by ESPN, FS1, MSN or who ever, over the MLS, it's hard to sell the league as anything other than a minor sport in the US.

The league is also new and still growing. It'll take a long time to get more than 10% of all TV viewings. The BPL and La Liga have built up generations of fans. The MLS was formed after all of us were born. Next generation will, imo, see a large jump in TV ratings if the league survives that long.

bruh sociedad is not an easy win at the anoeta
Obviously, but they arent the sociedad they were last year. 3-0 is usually a score line i would expect from playing Barca or RM, not a team tenth on the table

good result for chelsea, the CL is out of reach but good to see baka having a good match. Morata should have scored, but apart from that showed a potential promising partnership with Giroud. Playing 2 strikers should be done more often, although if Conte stays I'm doubtful that it will happen
