Outside of Lukaku, he didn't really break the bank on anyone at Inter

A lot of those title contributors were PL castoffs he bought on the cheap and even Hakimi was bought for a decent fee, least compared to what Inter are asking for him now

He's the kind of manager that can do work with what he has and elevate players that others might not find value in.

In a way that's kind of the perfect manager for Levy.
