Yup…..but France has took over Brazil’s spot in the last 5 years.
Now France is the top country that can field multiple teams. Very difficult to be called up.
That’s why so many French players are playing for other countries now. Portugal has a few and many African countries.

They’re children of immigrants too. Greizmann has Portugal/German parents. Hernandez - Spanish
But that’s also what makes France dope also. It’s the closest thing to America from a melting pot point of view.
