I wasn't referring to the P$G post, but your posts in the political thread. If you didn't vote for the deplorable in chief & not a supporter of his, then I'll apologize.

I detest everything he and that party stand for. I appreciate you’re willing to apologize, I just wanted my name cleared so that post is good enough for me.

I have sarcastically supported him before, but still find it strange that you brought it up after I clearly spoke negatively of trump/the gop.

I’m good with moving on though. Fwiw I think you’re a good dude and respect you as a father.

I was wrong then. I humbly apologize.

Some rules are to be changed in football & expected to be followed from june onwards, some interesting changes have been made according to this new rule, here's the complete details of newly rectified rules

*Five major changes to the rules of football*

Football is set to change from June 1, 2019, with an IFAB meeting deciding on the rules that will be altered from the summer onwards. Some are minor, while others are a lot more dramatic.

*1. There will be no rebounds from penalties*
Play will stop for a restart if a penalty is saved or hits the post, meaning there will be no chance to follow up and score from rebounds, meaning players will no longer need to line up on the edge of the area.

*2. Handballs inside the area*
From June 1, goals scored that have hit a player's hand - voluntarily or involuntarily - will not be allowed.

*3. Substituted players can leave the field anywhere*
When a player is withdrawn they will no longer have to leave the field at the halfway line and will instead be permitted to leave the pitch at the nearest point.

*4. Players can touch the ball in the area after a goalkeeper kicks it out*
Until now, players could not touch goal kicks before they exited the box, but now they will be able to.

*5. Coaches will receive cards again*
It has been done in the past, but discipline of coaches changed to simple reprimands or sendings off.
Now they are able to receive yellow and red cards much like players.

Glad to see the peace/order restored in here :nthat:

We can move on to CL footy being back on today

Always known flyeed flyeed to be against everything 45 stands for so it was confusing as hell. The parody posts are in honor of Aepps' Daniel Day Lewis lile portrayal of a MAGA chud over the last 3-4 years

Reminds me of when LvGs squad got hit by the injury bug ridiculously hard and he had to turn to the academy to fill out the the team. Rashford got his chance because of that, maybe the likes of Chong and Greenwood get the same kind of chance tomorrow who knows

Gonna need all the help we can get if we want a competitive match at the Parc des Princes tomorrow...

then wouldnt this still be allowed seeing as it was never saved and it never hit the post?

No rebounds on pens, meh, that Leicester Watford moment would never happen with that rule
I don’t like this rule. So if he stops the penalty do they get a goal kick?

Everything else seems ok except the touching of the ball inside the box from the goal kick. Doesn’t sound right either

This would be a terrible rule change. But Black Lotus Black Lotus posea a great question. Would that PK not be allowed to?

apparently juve want pep not zizzou

@Coupé It

Yo what footy podcasts do y’all listen to?
The Pep/Juve speculation jumped up bcs Pep’s brother & agent Pere was in Turin & Milan recently & the Italian fish papers jumped all over it. I doubt Pep leaves City any time soon.

i mean it was bound to happen.
they had a great run. longer than most

Yea you could see it coming Boateng and Hummels but Mullers fall off has been crazy to see since he's not even 30 yet.

The change is overdo though, they should've gone through a youth movement last year in Russia

It seems they want the PKs to be like when they are taken at the end of games. It says players don't need to line up at the box. So yes i am assuming the Messi Suarez PK will be non existent. They will probably make the players stand at half field or something just like end of game PKs.

This to me is stupid. I don't like the rule.

I don't mind the rule about being able to touch the ball in the box on a goal kick. I think that could be adapted to by the players

Are “they” really getting rid of the away goal to?

I really like the away goal rule & would hate seeing it go away.

I really like the substitutes players can leave the pitch nearest to where they are revision. **** off the pitch stop wasting time.

I like the move by Ole. Realistically we should be more worried about qualifying for the CL next season.

don't think its a move that's all he got

jape jape I think you would like the Spanish football show with Sid Lowe & Phil, Churros y tactics ran by a RM & Barca guy, very unbiased imo, both cover La liga and the top two teams heavily, The Total Football Show also a favorite of mine, I listen to a few others
