it was a dirty play but he didn't "stomp" on his face. it looked more like he grazed scola's face with his shin as a result of stepping on his chest while moving forward. it should be a suspension though.
Floyd has probably been reluctant to call Manny out on anything since Manny took him to court for libel over his comments. Also, Manny never really directly called out to Floyd. It was always with the encouragement of the interviewer.
