Same thing happened to me, I downloaded Sharepod, and I like it so much, I didn't even reload ITunes when I rebuilt my laptop. It copied everything exceptfor the number of times each song had been played.

I'd make sure you could see yourself working weekends, holidays, etc. I worked as an assistant on a resort for 6 years, and finally had to give up on theweek by week schedule and early morning shifts.

Same thing happened to me a couple months back, and I downloaded a program called Sharepod. It got everything off of my IPod back to my laptop, except for thealbum artwork. It's so much easier than ITunes that I completely got rid of it, and just kept Sharepod instead.

Was it through an ebay auction? Because the last time I sold something on there, they held the incoming funds until the item I sold him got to him, and he leftfeedback. I think they've been holding funds more often lately due to scams. Hopefully that helps out........
