Need help with iTunes (transferring music to iTunes)

My hard drive crashed a few weeks ago and when I got everything fixed, I lost all of my music on iTunes. I still have everything on my iPod Touch and I want totransfer everything back onto my new iTunes. Is this even possible?

i think you will need a 3rd party software to do that.

Try Floola, I used this when my earphone jack on my iPod when out and had to transfer music off of it. Worked for me

I used Pod to Pc and it copied everything including playlists

Same thing happened to me, I downloaded Sharepod, and I like it so much, I didn't even reload ITunes when I rebuilt my laptop. It copied everything exceptfor the number of times each song had been played.
