And when we say drink water, we mean LOTS of water. I drink 10-12 glasses a day, not including the fruits and veg I eat. Lots of water flushes out the saltin your body. If you don't drink enough, the salt retains all water, making you bigger.

I don't think a dude should be wearing skinny jeans where it looks like denim tights. A well cut boot cut jean that's slimmer on the leg is all I wear.I can't wear baggy or loose cut jeans. Makes me look big or like a goof
Ironically, I can't study in the library. I just park myself on my couch in front of the TV, turn it onto the sports channel, mute it so I can onlymomentarily glance at the scores, and study with my laptop. I actually get a lot done surprisingly
I never over rev my engine, max I'll go is 3 RPM. I cruise control whenever I can, and I got rid of my 6 cylinder for a 4 cylinder TSX. Saves A LOT of gas
