24 isn't a bad score, it's about average. I got a 24 and I go to a big ten university now. Wish I had cared more about school in hs and taken harder courses though because most of my boys scored 28+ and one of my friends got a 34.

I'm all for it, almost everyone who holds a job in this country is subjected to drug testing in order to get hired and in many cases the job will still test randomly or when they have a specific situation that leads to employees being tested.

If by perfect fit you mean spending 80 hours a week doing spread sheets and typing prospectuses than yes. You don't need an MBA though, a BBA will suffice for lower level banking. Eventually you may have to go back to school though.
