Yea i don't think he has any money left, that was what got him in the end is trying to defraud banks on loan applications cause he didn't have the funds to keep the ponzi going. All the hoops to jump thru with the gift cards and long wait times, he had a cash flow problem. He'd have been better off just rug pulling all his customers and filing bankruptcy than to start with the bank fraud, he didn't wanna let it go. They said he was the biggest buyer on the entire stockx platform at one point, trying to keep the scheme going smh. They seized everything from him, they took his sunglasses collection lol.

Ya I was all for PayPal until that. But I guess they didn’t pay back old orders that were too old? I think if they did they would have went under too. I guess you can’t expect PayPal to payback everyone that was out of complaint period, I’m sure that was millions

Justice served. Now we need to go after paypal. Those idiots would cover some of my purchases and deemed me a reseller even tho all the pairs I paid for from him I wore and were still in my collection. That was their way of getting out of the buyer protection.

Luckily I was covered either through PayPal, or my credit card (I think it ended up being my CC) for most of the stuff. I only claimed what was within the 1 year window, so I took a few Ls.
But yeah, PayPal should also get hit in some cases.
