Its a dope area. Lots of resorts along the coast/beach. I am assuming the flights are cheap ($200-$300 RT)
As of last week, everything is nearly open. It’s not a lot of people there when I went.

I had a great time down there 5 years back. If my wife wasn’t so COVID paranoid, we would have made a trip.
Stayed at the Confidante on Miami Beach, for my 32 hour trip. I wanted to try something that wasn't a Hyatt, but I had a free night certificate that was going to expire. It's a solid location for a Hyatt Globalist. I got free breakfast, parking, and two welcome drinks, which the bartender said he would make me anything.
Sad that the Padron factory was closed.
