IMO these are a must

- Metal Gear Solid 4
- Fallout 3 (Get game of the year, it includes the 5 DLC packs)
- Wipeout HD (If you like racing games, i don't think there is a game with better bang for your buck)
- GTA IV
- Uncharted 1 & 2
- Assassin's Creed 1 & 2
- Burnout Paradise (One of the best Arcade Racers out)

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2- Goes without saying, great campaign, good to play with friends, online is unbelievable.
Madden 10/FIFA 10- Best football game/Best soccer game. Depends on what you like but both are great.
Infamous- PS3 exclusive, #%$+*+% great game to me, slept on heavily, super-hero type game
Fight Night Round 4- Graphics are ridiculous, fun game
GTA IV- Classic
