XVIII With lace cover removed

I didnt like the way these looked with the lace cover... So I cut them off.  I prefer the way they look now much more.

Thoughts ? Opinions? Hate it? Love it?

Nah.. I like the cover Air Jordan XVIII.. the cover make the shoe look slicker. .Especially the suede version of the XVIII

I personally like them with the lace covers more... Its part of what makes the shoe what it is.

They're not designed to have the cover removed. Hence the fact the top of the tongue looks that way. So no, it doesn't look good.

I did this to my CDP XVIII too. I kept the black laces however.
