Aight, as for other combat codes, I have some training in Tang Soo Do (Korean karate), but early UFC pretty much proved that styles like that were more flashy than effective, so I switched over to Muay Thai and I've been doing that for a couple of years, including down here in Mexico while I wait for the local wrestling school to reopen for the high season. The promoter I met manages Hijo de Dos Caras (Alberto's bro) and a couple other Mexican legacies, so I think I landed in a good spot.

Did a little amateur wrestling in high school but wasn't really into it at that time unfortunately...trained boxing for a while because a guy wouldn't leave me alone about my wingspan but I like Muay Thai better, it's a more complete system. Other than that, general American athletic background, basketball, football, baseball.

Now I'm up to 3 days a week with Muay Thai with a little BJJ when I feel like getting my *** kicked 

 (working on it)...but when school opens up I'm probably gonna have to scale it back to one or less in the beginning because I understand that I'm going to get beat the **** up to start off.
