NTWT WWE Survivor Series PPV Prediction Contest
Tonight's Raw is in Buffalo, NY. Right after tonight's show, half the crew leaves for London, and after tomorrow night's Smackdown in Albany, the other half of the crew will leave for Wales. Next week's Raw and Smackdown will come from the UK.
In a strange turn of events, John Cena was pulled from the advertising for tonight's Raw. This could simply be a miscommunication between the writing team and the advertising team, but there seems to be no reason that Cena should not be on tonight's show. Especially if they are selecting the members of Cena's team for Survivor Series.
We do not know how the members of Team Cena and Team Authority will be selected. Possibly qualifying matches. Possibly a draft. Of course, Team Authority is much easier to determine. Of course they will have Kane and Seth Rollins. The big question is will HHH wrestle. If he does not, will we see Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury?
The other big question is what team will Randy Orton side with? The way things are going, it seems as if he will turn his back on The Authority, but joining Team Cena doesn't feel right for Orton either. The other note with Orton is that he will begin filming The Condemned 2 next week, and is not advertised for any upcoming shows. It is a WWE produced movie, so they can move the schedule around to have him on WWE shows. But he is not traveling to Europe, so he will definitely not be on next week's shows.
As for Team Cena, we seem to have eternal jobber, Dolph Ziggler. After him, I would think maybe The Usos since they have teamed with Cena in the past. I don't even know what other "top" (and I use top loosely") stars that could fit on Team Cena.
And just one sidenote, John Cena opposing the authority is a joke in itself. John Cena represents everything that is the authority of WWE. He's the ultimate company yes man. It's just more of WWE thinking their fans are idiots and being happy to insult them.
The other big match we have for Survivor Series is Dean Ambrose vs Bray Wyatt. There is still no good reason for this program. I am very sad to see Ambrose get demoted down the card for this program. Ambrose should be the #2 guy in the company behind Cena right now, but WWE isn't going to push him in that way. I know there are some Bray supporters out there, but he just isn't that good or intriguing. He's slightly above midcarder at best.
We also have Big Show vs Mark Henry which is sure to stink up the joint.
The only other match we have on the horizon is Rusev challenging Sheamus for the US Title. This should be a fun brawl, and I'm all for Sheamus getting beat down. I'm just worried about Rusev picking up the US Title because we know how US and IC Titleholders are treated.
Finally, the potential spoiler for tonight's show is:
Personally, I don't expect him to be on tonight's show.
I'm also very interested to see/hear how WWE pushes the WWE Network tonight after last week's extremely disappointing numbers.

Finally, the potential spoiler for tonight's show is:
Rey Mysterio is currently in Buffalo. He went there to speak to Vince McMahon personally about wanting out. Those in WWE creative were told to come up with ideas for him, and I know that they want him back. Since he's there, it's possible he'll be on tonight's show.
