I don't think I like the Heyman/Cesaro pairing. Doesn't work

Yea, im not quite getting the pairing either. I mean obviously Heyman guys usually go str8 to the top and thats where Cesaro was headed anyways. But Heyman is talking up Brock who wont be back till probably Summerslam more than Cesaro who he is paired with right now. I just dont get it. 

Dont get me wrong, I know the whole break the streak thing was huge. But whats the end game as far as bringing it up now when you're ushering Cesaro to the ring?
