There's nothing special about them now that there's a network. If they needed PPV buys then saying he's a special attraction makes sense. But with Goldberg, Brock and Taker on the card, he's not needed.

It isn't about access to their old matches. It's the fact that Shovel doesn't bring in any extra eyes because of the fixed number of subscribers on the Network.

People aren't tuning in to just see Shovel. Wrestlemania already comes with their subscription to the Network is what I'm saying. So calling him a special attraction doesn't make sense.
