Wrestling Thread June 5th-30th/TGIF Edition/G1 Special In US Saturday 8PM ET Okada vs Cody

Reigns has improved a lot. I back Reigns as the one to carry the WWE going forward.

Vince McMahon = Phil Jackson

Vince McMahon and WWE is what George Lucas was to Star Wars. We owe them a ton of gratitude but they just don't have it in them anymore to push their brands the way they "should" be pushed.

SW is definitely in better hands with Disney, will the WWE be in better hands with Hunner/Steph?

I think it is safe with Haitch. You can tell he rather put Seth as the face of E than Romaine. Look at what he has done with NXT.

I'm calling it now, Tutus will leave WWE and go on to bigger and brighter things and they'll be asking him to come back and work a match within the next 10 years.

Bruh he would be in his 50's at that point. [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji]

Gene after a round of playing Jason on F13.
Alister won't talk with a mouthpiece though
True, but I still think stylistically they are gonna try to tone him down. He isn't Randy, so the look he has with the ink that he does is gonna raise a lot of eyebrows with the regular, run of the mill crowd that the E has. From one tattooed individual to another, trust me when I say I am sure he gets stared at on the regular lol.

Now getting past the aestethic, if they can either let the dude perform his style and put on great matches like he has OR utilize his look the right way (thunk Bray but a bit less hammy) then he should be safe. What makes End intriguing is that he is fairly soft spoken and he doesn't need words to do the talking.

This just means the WWE will make him yell in his promos :lol :lol I never understand how they always shine a spotlight on a person's weaknesses instead of highlighting their strengths.

I don't hate Reigns. His presentation was off from the beginning tho. They were all great as a part of the shield. It's debatable if the break-up was premature but then you take this guy leave him with the same ring gear, entrance and then instead of pushing him as a quiet badass you want us to believe he's a 6'4" 250 babyface who's always overcoming the odds. Let's not forget "suffering succotash". :lol

But don't say HE lacks charisma when he has been put into horrible situations.
This.

The way he was talking on the mic on Monday is exactly what he should be doing from here on out, IMO. Heeling off a bit and letting everyone know that he's the best.
