I drink and still have no gut. All about dieting and working out b. Coming from someone that was a cheerio as a kid. Trust me bruh. Core training cardio and dieting is all you need to lose that gut.

Yeah I'm dieting and working out homie. It's been good so far tho, went down a shirt size & pant size :pimp:
