West Perrine, Florida is a suburban ghetto in Southwest Miami-Dade County. Over 73% of its residents are African-American and more than a third of them are unemployed. Violent crimes occur on a daily basis in this neighborhood of less than two square miles, where much of its adult male population winds up dead or in prison before their 30th birthday. But there is hope in the hood... Dhafir "Dada 5000" Harris (6'3", 270lbs., bench presses 670lbs) grew up blocks away from Perrine's MMA sensation, Kimbo Slice, and spent a year traveling the world as Kimbo's bodyguard. When Kimbo's manager buried video of Dada's spectacular backyard fight debut, for fear of Dada overshadowing his rising superstar, Dada leaves Kimbo's crew and makes a life-changing decision: Dada builds a ring in his momma's backyard and transforms himself into the Don King of illegal backyard fights in Perrine. No doctors, no ambulance. Just two men in a 12'x12' ring battling in a savage bare-knuckle fight to the finish. Dada's gladiators give everything in the the backyard to feed their families and to try to fight their way out of hood. Meanwhile Dada returns to the ring, is discovered by professional scouts and gets his shot at turning pro in the octagon at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Random thoughts on Impact after watching it just now:

- EC3 is money, and deserves another shot in the WWE as this same character, or something similar.
- Good to very good segments overall throughout the show as far as promos go. Everything seemed to have a point and serve a purpose (even the James Storm/Mickie James segment)
- Angle as TNA champ is still weird to me, knowing that he would never pass a wellness test in the WWE.
- Rockstar Spud is a gem
- Not sure how Bobby Roode & Austin Aries got together (Dirty Heels), but it works. Very good match with the Wolves. I really thought either team had a chance to win based on all the near falls.
- BDC has an awesome entrance. Don't know what storyline it is between them and The Rising (McIntyre/Camacho/Eli Drake), but their match was good.
- Don't know when Taryn Terrell became a heel, but she plays a very convincing one in this Dollhouse gimmick with those other 2 chicks. Taryn and Brooke Adams is where Kelly Kelly and Eva Marie would be if they took wrestling seriously. Brooke and Taryn's improvement has been drastic and much more natural than the Bella's forced marginal improvement.
- Eric Young plays a convincing heel right now too. Much much more than when he was in that World Elite Group a couple years ago.
- Would like to see Lashley make some special appearance in the WWE sometime.
- Madison Rayne looks like the white Golden Brooks (Mya from Girlfriends). I don't care for either one.
- Velvet Sky :pimp: :pimp: Angelina Love :x :x :x Velvet Angelina looks like a worn out porn star, and not in a good way.
- Burke/The Pope is a pretty good commentator

Speaking of rape i.I was driving this morning and randomly thought out the number of girls that I personally know that have told.me they were raped before. Before you are told something like that you never think anyone you know has been through that

Jericho wrestled Nash & Kane for 12 minutes and almost 20 minutes in the same year :x At least this was still an athletic Kane though. I was also very surprised back then that Nash wrestled past 2 minutes without tearing his ACL.

I know I said this story on here before but, of course yall know how much I love when people mess up people's names.

So in HS, there was this dude named Jason, girls called him Smiley. So to make fun of him, I started calling him Norman Smiley. So I had everybody in our homeroom calling that man Norman Smiley. He was a cool dude though.

So he played JV, I played Varsity. Basketball. So my father was at the game and he was cool with Smiley. Smiley asked my father to watch his gym bag as he walked to the 7-11 in between the JV and Varsity game. 

So as we were warming up for the game, my father was still watching his bag. I walked towards half-ourt and he asked me, "Where is Melton." I said WHO? He said, "Melton. Mel............Melton Smiley."

Me:

So after that day, Jason was known as MELTON.
