Wrestling Thread July 11-18/WWE Live Draft July 19th/ WWE Champ is Who The Hell Knows

Hunter is underrated all you hear about is Hogan, Stone Cold, Sting, the Rock, Andre, undertaker , Big Show, Bret, HBK and Cena. People just care about nostalgia that's their childhood hero.

Hunter's been force down everyone's throat which has dilluted whatever good he's been involved in. That has nothing to do woth nostalgia.

This doesn't even make sense

The quality of his work has no relation to how often we see him

Honner is definitely underrated. Unfortunately it's his own fault that he'll never be revered like Austin, Rock, Hogan, HBK, Bret, etc. He has a bunch of good-great matches but was never the man in his own era, so he had to try to force people into believing he was the man from 02-06. He is a legend, and has said himself he knows what he got into by being with Stephanie, so he should just be making amends by continuing to build NXT and let that define him.

Fun facts about Final Deletion from Borash's appearance on Wrestling Observer Live:
Everything he used to do the Final Deletion is available on Amazon
Borash is a huge drone nerd and even rigged one of his up with fishing line and a bobber and caught a sunfish
The first video was Borash alone, this time he brought a film crew with him
The Hardys' estate really is a creepy gross swamp full of fog, snakes, and mosquitos
The whole setup was improvised out of **** they found on Matt's property, including the dilapidated boat
The birthday party setup was really Maxel's since his birthday was the next day and it was done by Reby Sky
Jeff has sculptures just sitting around everywhere that he built, including a 12-foot-tall alien
There will be a director's cut with additional footage
THE GIANT HARDY SYMBOL WAS JUST SITTING ON MATT'S LAWN WHEN HE SHOWED UP
Many people he's heard from after this believe TNA has been the better show for the last several months.
Matt came up with the persona on the spot when filming the first Broken Matt Hardy vignette and they've just gone with it ever since
Matt is 100% committed to this character. "It's not performance art, it's creepy!"
Borash thinks TNA is a fantastic creative environment
Borash wants to go back and film at the Hardy estate again because there's no limits to what they can do

I'm not exactly sure he's trying to "make amends" by building NXT. We can't really fault him for marrying Steph because for all intents and purposes, it seems they have a pretty good marriage.

After all is said and done, I agree that NXT will really be his greatest achievement. Make no mistake that he has a huge ego though and he probably doesn't regret 2002-2006 after Rocky/Austin left.
