Shawn Michaels is not coming out of retirement. He has told us that time and time again, and any hint at maybe doing so is just a joke. He confirmed as much to ESPN in a recent interview, saying there’s “no itch to scratch” on having just one more match.

But if there was, he had a surprising name in mind for who he would want it to be against. Not AJ Styles, not Seth Rollins, but...

While there was never much chance he’d be in San Antonio seeing as his New Japan contract is in force through Jan. 31, Omega is scheduled for an appearance in Chile during Royal Rumble weekend, making it almost logistically impossible for him to be there.

Off for a week and a half as I sit in my plane here at JFK for it depart and if this xanax doesn't kick in, late night NTWT will be in full effect.
